Cedar Plank King Salmon
The simplest way to honor a King Salmon. Smoky cedar, fresh dill, and lemon — nothing more needed.

Ingredients
- ✓1 lb Tidewater King Salmon fillet
- ✓1 cedar plank (soaked 1 hour)
- ✓2 tbsp olive oil
- ✓1 lemon, sliced
- ✓4 sprigs fresh dill
- ✓2 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓Salt and black pepper
Instructions

Soak cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F). Pat salmon dry.

Rub salmon with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Place garlic and dill under the salmon. Arrange lemon slices on top.

Place plank on grill, close lid. Cook 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes.

Serve directly from the plank.

Fisherman's Tip
King Salmon is best served slightly rare in the center (125°F). Don't overcook — this fish deserves respect.
