Spot Shrimp in Garlic Butter
Alaska's finest shrimp deserve the simplest treatment. Five ingredients, ten minutes, unforgettable.

Ingredients
- โ1 lb Tidewater Spot Shrimp (thawed)
- โ4 tbsp unsalted butter
- โ4 cloves garlic, minced
- โ1/2 cup dry white wine
- โJuice of 1 lemon
- โFresh parsley
- โCrusty bread for serving
Instructions

Thaw shrimp in cold water 15โ20 minutes. Pat dry.

Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic, cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Add shrimp in single layer. Cook 1โ2 minutes per side until pink.

Add wine, reduce by half (about 1 minute).

Squeeze in lemon juice. Toss together.

Top with parsley. Serve with crusty bread.
